Sadio Mane as well as Bukayo Saka hugged deeply during the Ballon d'Or awards ceremony in Paris on Monday night. Mane who is now playing with Bayern Munich, was present following his impressive performance at Liverpool in the last season that put him in the race for the top prize. Saka was along with Arsenal women's team Beth Mead and Vivianne Miedema.
Before the wedding ceremony Mane together with Saka were spotted crossing paths, and exchanged a long hug. Mane was reportedly whispering an invitation to Saka all through. The exact details of the text are not known, but Mane's message left Saka smiling at his face after the pair parted in separate directions.

Mane won the prize for his work for charity in his native country of Senegal Mane was then 2nd in Ballon d'Or rankings behind Karim Benzema.
